January 31st, 2010 The Unbelievable Biography of Mr Nicholas Bredimus

Have you picked up the extent to which a software revolution has completely redesigned hospitality and air travel recently? The driving force behind this is Mr Nicholas Bredimus. This creative man has become a standout in a great many areas, from the high-value home sector via the essentials of safety in the air to computer programs to help with time management. And whatever he settles on, he can allot all of his drive to it. Glancing at Mr Nicholas Bredimus’ heritage you can easily tell he was a lock to achieve the top. The family can trace its roots back to the time of Rome’s glory and can boast of a broad mix of nationalities. His maternal line mingles German and Scottish ancestry. The paternal line, however, were born in England and Luxembourg, where they subsequently came to the U.S. from in the late nineteenth century.

Even after emigration to the US, they upheld their drive and zeal to survive and thrive. Nicholas, together with his four sisters and two brothers, was a child of a father who worked as a mechanical design engineer and his wife, a practicing nurse. He would live for many years in cities across four states — Arizona, Missouri, Texas and Virginia.

Nicholas has stepped up to the challenge of high-powered posts within companies across the air travel sector — many of them highly popular names. Mr Nicholas Bredimus became a Vice President with corporations like Hughes Airwest, Republic Airlines, and Trans World Airlines (TWA) respectively. Nevertheless, the airline industry has felt the need to be grateful, above all, for services in the realm of computer programming.

He is most recognized for one project for US Airways, his aircraft maintenance programs that are now used by almost all airlines. He turned his focus next to taking and recording bookings. For both air travel and hotels he pioneered software to handle most of the work necessary prior to that point. Afterwards came an automatic, networked approach to ticket sales that was an industry first.

Though it is definitely his strong suit, he often worked on areas not connected to software. Nicholas Bredimus managed American Express’ IT division, established Bredimus Systems in the early nineties, and became the first president of AMR Travel Services.

You ask if he is still active? Absolutely — his smarts are still very much in demand and at the ready despite his retirement. But to address the most obvious question, you can look for his work in high-priced condos designed around many of the newest technologies on the planet. The indefatigable desire we’ve pointed out simply won’t be curbed anytime soon.
